Same relaxed, connection-focused session you’ve come to expect—about 90 minutes, at a location of your choice (60 miles of round-trip travel included).
Need help picking the perfect spot? I’m happy to suggest some options, or we can plan somewhere meaningful together.

No more narrowing down favorites. You’ll receive the full gallery of high-resolution images (typically 75–115), beautifully edited and ready to download, print, and share.
A $2,000 value—yours included with your membership.

Important Info to Know

Limited Enrollment

To keep my schedule manageable and give each family a truly premium experience, memberships are limited and offered by invitation only to past clients.

Enrollment opens at 10am on August 11 and closes at 11:59pm on August 20th, unless it fills before then.

Why Enrollment is Limited

Keeping enrollment short and intentional allows me to:

  • Plan ahead with clarity for the year

  • Guarantee availability for my members

  • Ensure each family receives a personalized, high-touch experience

Booking & Availability

I release my Membership booking calendar twice per year:

  • On the first day of enrollment (for fall/winter sessions)

  • During the last week of January (for spring/summer sessions)

Members will self-schedule their sessions using a private link, on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’d like the best selection of dates—especially those coveted fall evenings—joining early in the enrollment window is key.

I guarantee that each member will have at least one session slot available per season (and likely more), even if everyone prefers to schedule during the same timeframe.

Returning Members

In future years, returning members will receive early access to the fall/winter calendar—before enrollment opens to new members. This gives you:

  • Priority scheduling

  • The option to renew at your original rate

Rescheduling

Life happens! If you need to reschedule due to weather, illness, or other unexpected changes:

  • I’ll work with you to find a new date that fits

  • Please reach out as soon as possible when conflicts arise

Renewals

Memberships are annual and commitment-free beyond the year. No auto-renewals or surprise charges.

Each year:

  • You’ll receive an invitation to renew before new enrollment opens

  • You’re welcome to adjust your membership level (up or down) without penalty

  • Please note: offerings and pricing may change from year to year

Signature Club members will be entitled to one full family session per year, along with a complete set of edited digital files from their session ($2000 value), and a $300 print credit to be used on any products in the online store.

FAQs

Q: Will I get my digital files right away, even if I’ve only made one or two payments before the session?

A: Yes! Once your first payment is made, you’ll receive immediate access to the fall/winter calendar to book your session.

Unlike my regular portrait sessions, membership sessions include all the edited digital files—no extra decisions or purchases needed. Optional ordering appointments are available if you’d like help turning your images into artwork.

Your full gallery will be delivered 2–3 weeks after your session, along with a link to schedule a complimentary in-studio ordering appointment, if desired. You can redeem your $300 print credit directly in your gallery or during your appointment.

Q: I don’t think I need family photos every year. Can I join this year, skip next year, and rejoin later?

A: Technically, yes—but here are a couple of things to keep in mind:

  • Spots are limited and I don’t anticipate expanding the membership. If most members renew, rejoining may be difficult.

  • Your rate is locked in as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel and return later, it will be at the current (possibly higher) price.

Pro tip: Want to skip a session one year but keep your spot? You can “roll over” one session and use it the following year—as long as your membership remains active. It’s a great option if you're planning around a new baby, family reunions, or big milestones.

Q: What if I sign up and can’t find a date that works for me?

A: Totally understandable! That’s why members get access to my full availability in both booking windows. I guarantee that every member will have at least one session slot available per season.

As long as you don’t wait until the final days of the enrollment window and have a little flexibility, there will be plenty of great options.

What can I get with my $300 print credit?

So many beautiful things! A few favorites include:

  • A fine art 20x30” wall print

  • A professionally framed or canvas 8x10”

  • Multiple gift-size prints for grandparents

  • Apply the credit toward an album upgrade if you’re in The Keepsake Collective

Your credit can be used toward anything in your online gallery store—albums, frames, calendars, and more.

Q: Can I gift a membership to someone else?

A: I love the generosity behind this idea, but memberships are invitation-only and currently available exclusively to returning clients. This ensures everyone who joins is already familiar with my work, process, and philosophy—so I can serve members with the highest level of care.

How many photos can I include in my album if I’m in The Keepsake Collective?

The included Coffee Table Books are 20 pages long, which can hold 20 full-page images or more with collage layouts.

Want more? You can add pages or upgrade to a larger book anytime—and your print credit can be applied toward those upgrades!

Q: How does it work if I want to book an additional session in the same calendar year?

A: Easy! Members don’t pay a Session Fee for additional sessions. Just book your date and I’ll send over a contract. After the session, you’ll schedule an ordering appointment (just like before!) to purchase any digital files or artwork you’d like.

Q: How do the Studio Mini Sessions work?

A: Great question! Mini Sessions are now an exclusive perk for members.

Studio Mini Sessions can be scheduled any time of year—just email us for access to the separate booking calendar. They’re perfect for:

Q: What if I want to cancel my membership before the year is up?
A: You’re welcome to cancel your membership at any time prior to your session, and any payments made will be converted into a gift card that can be applied toward a traditional portrait session. This allows you to retain full value and flexibility, even if your schedule changes.

Memberships are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or transferred after your session has taken place. This policy ensures fairness for all members and helps me plan availability throughout the year.
